This 5m dome in Swansea was finished in silver metal flake at the customer's request as it acts as a centrepiece to a sea-front docklands redevelopment. The idea of the silver metal flake finish is that whenever the Sun is out there will be a specular reflection from the dome that will act as a 'lighthouse or beacon' symbol to all the ferries that arrive and depart from Swansea.
