If you are new to astronomy you may be surprised to find that telescopes are not as expensive as you thought. There are telescopes to fit every budget, including starter models which combine excellent optical performance with low cost.
Telescopes are also easier to use than ever before and you don't need to be an astronomer to get started. Compact, light-weight telescopes are available that are ideal for the casual observer but which provide performance that will satisfy a dedicated amateur.

Computer control is making a big impact on modern telescopes and we can demonstrate several models that will help you find your way around the sky. It is no exaggeration to say that you can find galaxies, nebulae and star clusters on your first clear night that might otherwise take a beginner years to find.
