| A pat on the back for Green Witch |
Green Witch has won the title of 'Best Shop' in the Business of the Year 2000 Awards presented by the Cambridge Branch of the Federation of Small Businesses. At a dinner held in the Gonville Hotel on Wednesday 23rd May, Mr David Dexter, National Secretary of the FSB presented the award to Lesley and Neil.
After receiving the award Lesley said:
"I'm particularly pleased to receive this award after only 18 months in business. In Green Witch we've tried to create a special kind of shop where our customers are treated as friends and are always welcome to drop in. The response to this has been excellent and our Cauldron Club now has 500 members. The award from the FSB confirms what our customers already know, that Green Witch has that extra bit of magic."
